Bologna Children's Book Fair

The world's largest professional trade fair dedicated to children's and young adult publishing, Bologna is where every illustrator, picture book editor, agent, and licensing executive in global kids publishing convenes for four days each spring. The fair awards the BolognaRagazzi Prizes, hosts the Illustrators Exhibition (the publishing industry's single most important visual talent showcase), and runs an intensive Rights Centre with translation deals across more than 90 countries. For any publisher with a children's or YA list, attendance is non-negotiable.
