Frankfurter Buchmesse (Frankfurt Book Fair)
Frankfurt is the centre of the global publishing universe. For five days every October, more than 4,300 exhibitors from over 100 countries gather at Messe Frankfurt to trade rights, broker translation deals, sign contracts, and set the editorial agenda for the year ahead. Czechia takes the 2026 Guest of Honour spotlight with the motto Czechia: A Country on the Coast, bringing 23 publishing houses and a full cultural programme.
